Seller reviewWe had not been in the buying/selling process in a while and needed to sell a rental property that we had for years but wasn't sure where to start. I had always worked with Richard Rosas on this part but he was retired and I needed to find someone that I could trust and knew I had to go with his daughter, Priscilla. Priscilla Hernandez helped us through this transaction with patience and knowledge. She brought us a buyer that was willing to work with us (she got us our price) and the tenants that currently lived on the property. Pricilla always returned phone calls, text message and emails immediately. In our opinion, Priscilla is one of the best in the business!
