Seller reviewRachel and I both went through very trying times for my house sale. The first time it was under contract everything went smoothly until the great storm of 2021. My house flooded, Covid hit Rachel. While she was in the hospital another agent filled in and did a great job. It took my house nine months to get back on the market and Rachel was back with me. She was very positive, professional and helpful during the time it took to have the house repaired, especially given the fact that her health was compromised. Once we went back on the market she promoted the house well and was very supportive throughout the negotiations and final prep per contract. Super agent!
