Buyer reviewI felt Rachel was very knowledgeable when providing information on questions I had. She made me feel like I wasn't just another chance to make commission. Took time to figure out exactly what I needed and wanted in a home. She'd tell me not to settle, even with the crazy market that we would find my forever home. She was very responsive and genuine. I absolutely loved working with her and would recommend to my family and friends.

Seller reviewI have several close friends and family that we could have listed our home with. However, Rachel's knowledge of the area in which we were selling was hands down stronger than the rest. I am very particular and Rachel handled that well. We used her both for the sale and purchase of a new home and though it was emotionally difficult to move, Rachel helped make it the best decision we've ever made. I would use her again if we didn't fall into our dream home, in which Rachel went over and above to make that happen.

Buyer reviewRachel was great, my closing process was very lengthy and difficult base on the type of loan. Rachel stayed on top of things throughout the closing process. She went above and beyond to communicate with everyone who was involved in the process. It was very nice to have someone who was from the area as well, Rachel knew many subdivisions, roads, even specific properties, etc. I would rate my overall experience with Rachel as excellent, she made to buying process so much easier.
