Rainy was God sent! She listened to what we wanted, was professional and never pushed us into anything. She was very patient with us as it took us a while to find the right home. She was encouraging and friendly and was always available to meet with us or for phone contact. She knew the local areas very well and being from out of town, that was very helpful. We would highly recommend her to anyone! We were blessed to have her as our realtor! We think she's the best! (and believe me we have dealt with many!) Other realtors could learn a lot from her! Rainy made sure we understood everything from the negotiating to the paperwork. And she made everything go smoothly. Rainy was always quick to respond to our questions or concerns day or night. She was always willing to show a house very quickly too. We trusted her completely with anything she said or did for us. We felt she was working hard on our behalf. If we ever have to sell or buy a house again, we will definitely hire her to help us.

We had listed in 2014 at a "pie in the sky " price just to test the market. We learned of her dedication then with all the showings she provided. After remodeling and setting a reasonable price in 2016, we sold in 7 days, thanks to her skills and my creative price point! Ask her about the number! When we met Rainy Rawls in 2014, she was rookie of the year, with good reason. We had interviewed another agent who was also recommended,but her personal life and jaded outlook had us on edge. As I said before,we overpriced to test the waters, but Rainy was undaunted! Our first meeting convinced us to go with her! She held open house after open house, to no avail. "House needs updating,blah,blah..." was all she heard. But she kept after it until our contract ran out. Once we remodeled in 2015 and then found another home to fall in love with in 2016,(which she helped us find), it was a piece of cake! We can't emphasize enough what a thoughtful,caring person she is,and I am not the sweetest guy in the world when I get my hackles up, but she gets it! Real Estate is not an easy game to play and you need a good coach! Come my hell or flooding high water at closing time, she was there every step of the way. She is our realtor for life!

Rainy Rawls was very personable when we looked at a different property so we asked for her to show us others. She is Wonderful and very knowledgable and always available to answer questions. The most important thing is that this was our first home and we had very little experience in buying a home. She had great advise and was very trustworthy and honest. I'm not sure how many people out there are as helpful as she is. We could not have had a better experience in this stressful time.
