I expressed my reservations, and Ramon Escareno made me feel comfortable from the beginning; which enabled me to trust him. Ramon patiently explained every step of the process to me, and encouraged me to ask questions (which I did often). When he didn't have an answer for me, he would tell me so, and asked me to wait for him to get answers. He ALWAYS came back with an answer within 24 hours. I have nothing but praise for Century 21 Jordan -Link, and that is a direct result of my experience with Ramon. I trust him implicitly.
