We were definitely in the market for our "forever" home that would last us for 20+ years. The process took us 3 months and offers on 2 other properties before we found "the one". Ramona was excellent about researching the various 55+ mobile home parks we were considering and learning about the nuances of owning a manufactured home. I was most impressed with the rapport she had with various listing agents. Ramona also reached out to the listing agent for the sale of our home in WA state; and as a result was able to assist with that transaction as well.
