Seller reviewWe are Canadian citizens that were left with an estate property that we needed to sell. Husbands parents, recently deceased had used Century 21 when they first purchased home approximately 24 years ago. Office was close to property so we just walked in one day to get some information. We were very lucky that Ramsey Makled had time to talk to us. Being from Canada, Ramsey helped us navigate the process of getting our home ready for sale. He went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us get in touch with several people to take care of things like an estate furniture sale. contacting city & and setting up furnace and house inspection call, getting rid of old wood and garbage...etc. He spent time showing us comparisons for houses sold similar to ours in the area. We were impressed by his strong work ethic and he instilled a sense of confidence and trustworthiness in our dealings with him. Ramsey was in constant touch with us and kept us informed during the process of showing the house to perspective buyers.
