Ramzi is friendly and made us very comfortable in taking our time to find the right home for us. With Ramzi's guidance Our overall experience was made very smooth. Ramzi pointed out all the pros and cons of each property that he showed us which really helped. He never pressured us into seeing or liking a property that we did not want. Ramzi's opinion is very important to us because of his knowledge and he wanted to make sure that we got what we really liked and got our money worth. Buyer reviewBuying a house is always hectic but not dealing with RAMZI CHAMMOUT .This is the 4th deal this year and I will definitely not deal with anyone else but him, because Ramzi is pleasant, skilled, professional, great negotiator, he has the local knowledge, he knew exactly what I needed in the house, and was able to get me the house 5000 cheaper. Ramzi will not buy you a house if he would not consider buying it for himself, I recommended Ramzi to all my family members and friends.
