Seller reviewRANDY KNOWS A LOT ABOUT BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND WAS ABLE TO ASSESS THE CONDITION OF THE HOUSE IN ANTICIPATION OF POSSIBLE REPAIRS. I, THE SELLER, LIVE 200 MILES FROM THE SALE PROPERTY. RANDY TOOK CARE OF INSPECTIONS, CODE CORRECTIONS, DISPOSAL OF CONTENTS AND CONTACT WITH NEIGHBORS WITH NO NEED FOR ME TO BE THERE. MY WIFE AND I HAD A GOOD SENSE OF RANDY FROM THE START, AND NEVER HAD REASON TO THINK OTHERWISE.

Buyer reviewPurchasing a new home and relocating to a new state are life-changing events. My relocation company *REQUIRED* that I use Century 21 Curran & Cristie. It's never a good starting position when when you come to the table unhappy that you had ZERO say in who will help you navigate these crutial moments in your life. Nonetheless, by the end, I was a fan. I am glad I had Randy on my side. I would use him again -- and, I would gladly do so voluntarily this time. Thanks, Randy! :o)

Seller reviewRandolph Bloedow is a down to earth seller, when I had questions he took the time to explain the situation to me and the supporting reasons. When I had an issue he took the issue seriously and remedied it as best possible. He set realistic expectations about what to expect and followed through. Before my city inspection, he noticed a few items which he anticipated would need to be updated, went to the store, purchased the items and installed them himself all on his own. Being a first time seller, Randy was great to work with and comes highly recommended.
