Buyer reviewAfter years of consideration, my fiance Jordan and I finally decided that the time was right to start looking for a home. I personally didn't really know what to expect, and had no real knowledge of the processes involved. After receiving a pre-approval for a home loan, our loan broker connected us with Randy Johnson. From the first phone call with Randy I could tell that he was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave a detailed overview of the housing market in Madison and kind of what to expect. He asked me about what our "ideal" home would look like, to which I gave some basics, but no "deal breaker" type requests. Our first round of showings happened about a week later. Long story short, after several showings, a couple of offers that we were outbid, we finally found the house that we loved. During the entire process from the initial call to the final close, Randy made us feel as though we were always in control of the process. He was always available to answer any questions that we had and let us know right away if there was anything that he needed. We would recommend Randy Johnson to any of our friends and family who are looking to buy a house.
