Buyer reviewWorking with Randy Johnson was a fantastic experience as a first time home buyer. Randy was always willing to give his honest opinion, even if it wasn't always a "nice" answer (we bought our home in a volatile market, and understanding that we might make several offers before getting an acceptance was valuable context for the process). Randy has a strong knowledge base of both the area, and the industry, and could always answer questions or fill in gaps in understanding when they arose. Randy listened to our preferences and consistently showed us properties that met many of our requirements. We saw quite a few properties and all of them had elements we were looking for; this attention to detail ensured we never felt we had wasted our (or Randy's) time. I expect we will be in our home for a long time to come, however if/when we sell, we will certainly be reaching out to Randy.
