Seller reviewRandy Sullivan was fantastic in the sale of our home and also the purchase of our new home. We had tight timelines with a contingent offer and Randy was always on the ball in making sure documents were signed and distributed efficiently and quickly. Randy also was very patient in our search for a home and always made time available to meet and look at properties without ANY pressure, ever. If you want an agent that holds your hand and tries to make decisions for you, Randy is not for you. He is great at advising and looking at all angles but will never push you into anything or pressure a decision from you.
