Seller reviewWe met Raquel Arredondo at an open house in the area we wanted to sell our property. We were impressed with the number of open houses she was doing which made us think she would work tirelessly on her listing. Found her to be friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable of area, attentive to our immediate inquiries. If we had taken her listing price advice from the beginning our listing likely would have sold more quickly. Unfortunately we had our own ideas. We did not price outrageously however the extra $5K we tried to get initially may have hindered her success although she didn't try to talk us out of it, we were in the range. She represented us tirelessly and her colleague Lynn English was a huge help to us as well helping Raquel with open house showings. Once we received an offer, she went to every effort to bring ourselves and the buyer to an amicable agreement. We are proud to say both Raquel & Lynn have become our friends. Highly recommend!

Seller reviewRaquel took care of many things that were above and beyond expectation as there were three of us siblings who inherited the house to be sold, and all of us live out of state and in different cities. Raquel coordinated contractors and renovations for us and did an excellent job. She did a great job communicating with all of us keeping us informed. I would highly recommend Raquel as an agent.
