Because I am a first time/new home owner, it was extremely important that I have someone that was patient and willing to walk me through any and every steps needed in order for me to feel supported and that person was Raquel Zambrana-Ramirez. I was not sure what area that I wanted to move and Raquel entertained every interest that I presented to her. She was also very knowledgeable of all of my inquiries and did not hesitate to entertain all of my areas of interest. I really appreciate my experience with Raquel and will highly recommend her to anyone seeking to purchase a home for the first time. Raquel made my first time home purchase experience memorable! Raquel was AWESOME! I was referred by a relative and heard she was a master of her craft which was extremely important as I knew it could be difficult to sell. Raquel was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and always available to answer any questions or concerns. This was my first time selling a house, and she made the transaction so easy and flawless. Despite a difficult HOA and my inability to be onsite, she found a new buyer and organized the transaction so we could transact the sale.
