Seller reviewHer professional expertise in conjunction with her sincerity were huge factors! Absolutely no regrets at all! I appreciated how she was very considerate, always kept me updated as to where we were in the process, thoroughly answered questions and was wonderful in coordinating "shows" of my home with my schedule since I was still living there at the time. Raquel made herself available in-person, via phone calls and through text messages during the week, evenings and on weekends. She was a total blessing and made me feel very confident in the process. Raquel is also bilingual and that was a HUGE asset to my father in including him in the process and reassuring him every step of the way! Can't say thank you enough!!!

She was very patient as I attended countless open houses for months trying to find the perfect fit for me. She was there every step of the way and walked me through every question and concern that I had. I could have not chosen a better agent to have gone through the buying experience with. I recommend her for anyone out there looking to purchase a home. As a single woman owning a home in the Bay Area is a dream come true and I can not thank Raquel enough for that.

Buyer reviewAfter having a short interaction with a previous agent who was less than interested in our home buying journey, it was a complete 180 to have been represented by Raquel. I really felt she had our best interest at heart the whole step of the way. Raquel went above and beyond in our search for our home. She was always on top of any home that was of of interest, her communication was amazing and I really felt she understood exactly what we were looking for. If it was not for Raquel, we would still be looking for a home. We had a very stressful circumstance come up very close to closing on our house on the seller's side, and although it was a super emotional and stressful situation she handled it with complete grace and professionalism. I cannot recommend her enough, she is worth her weight in gold!

Seller reviewWe chose Raquel Zambrana-Ramirez because she seemed like she would work in our best interest and at the same time be fair to the buyer. Which we feel turned out to be the case. I believe all parties were happy at the end of the process.
