Ray was a great guy who jumped through all the hoops needed and took the extra time to look at the comps a second time that wound up grossing us several thousand more than we initially planned. He was calm, patient, and had reasonable advice when it seemed like the buyer was trying to nickel and dime us. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend and will call him some day when we're done with this house. Ray was always responsive to our texts and emails no matter what time the conversation started. We tried to sell this house 5 years ago with zero results in 6 months, with Ray we had an offer within the first week and he gave us the full pluses and minuses of it. Ray took care of letting in some of the inspectors, which took a load off of our busy plates since we both work full time during the day. As far as we knew, Ray was a one stop shop, handled all of the details for us, all we had to do was pick up a pen! I will definitely recommend Ray to my family and friends!
