Thank you for taking a moment to read my bio! My name is Ray Monahan and I was fortunate enough to be relocated to Florida in 1991 as part of a career path promotion. For my entire career in technology I have been working with my clients to help them identify and achieve/exceed their business goals and objectives. It is this 25 years plus business experience I bring with me into the real estate market. For me sales are all about the people! Buying, selling, investing, everyone has a dream, a goal, a vision, and I want to help you realize yours! I live in Ruskin with my wife Barbara who is also an agent at CENTURY21 Beggins, and she has been helping her clients for the last 30 years achieve their real estate dream one client at a time.
I am an usher at my Church, Calvary Lutheran in Apollo Beach and I volunteer as a reading tutor during the school year at Ruskin Elementary. I like to golf and enjoy cooking, especially BBQ. I am fortunate to part of the CENTURY 21 Beggins family of agents. Seller reviewMy unsellable waterfront property was standing vacant for almost 6 months when I hired Ray Monahan. Initially, he made some recommendations to "freshen up" the property and then provided contractors ready and willing to complete the project on a short timeline at a reasonable price. I would definetly recommend Ray Monahan because I felt his attention to detail, overall market knowledge, and pricing strategies helped me sell my house quickly in a low stress environment . He was really great to work with during all stages of this sale.

Buyer reviewWe met Ray at an open house at a property a bit too large for us. He carried himself as a real estate professional, knowledgeable and experienced in the local market. and he voiced the desire for our business. Ray has no weekend, and was always responsive. Because of this we used him as our agent when our geography shifted a bit. As a buyer on a property that was already under contract, it was not the easiest contract to land, but Ray got it for us - at a price BELOW what we were willing to pay. Was constantly available for all the little issues that led to and produced a smooth closing. Thanks Ray!!!
