Rebecca Guthrie is a top-notch realtor in our area. She is very professional, yet personable. We had a hard time landing on the perfect house, but Rebecca helped us find THE one. During the buying process, she educated us on many factors to consider when putting in an offer on a home and what to check for/request the seller to include in the purchase agreement. She is also very knowledgeable of contacts in the area to help with inspections/surveys/etc. Even when a personal vacation conflicted with our closing date, Rebecca made our closing seamless and even checked in on us when she was out of the country! We moved from another state, like most people we used zillow to look at homes. When our home went under contract we picked the top two homes we wanted to see and booked a flight. Rebecca was the agent for our top pick so we chose to use her as our agent as well. I prefer to make a deal directly with the buyer, no different than purchasing a used car. I made that clear to Rebecca and after her checking with the sellers we all sat down to talk. While we negotiated Rebecca kindly let us talk and was there for us to answer any questions. She was very polite and professional. From the moment we left the property that afternoon until still now, two weeks after closing, Rebecaa is there for us with recommendations or just to say Hi. After dealing with several realtors in the past I can honestly and whole heartedly say that Rebecca is the true one in a million gem. Naturally she wants to make the sale, but Rebecca cares about her clients desires and needs.

Rebecca went out of her way to be available for my questions and concerns. She took care of things that others might have asked me to do. I felt that my transactions re the house were safe in her hands. She is caring and compassionate and highly recommended!
