I highly recommend her !! Selected Rebecca because she was fabulous selling the homes out at Maple Leaf. Very knowledgeable and communicating was outstanding! She is a wonderful Person to work with ! I would recommend Rebecca Mallard to anyone but especially to a first time home buyer because she will not just tell you what you need to know but teach and coach you on why aspects of the process are important. I even had my lenders brag to me about how diligent and focused she is on getting the appropriate tasks accomplished. You will always know and feel that she has your best interest as the top priority.
