Buyer reviewWe can't speak highly enough of our experience with Becky Melton. From day 1, Becky was extremely responsive and had great suggestions and knowledge for homes in the surrounding area to view based on what we were looking for. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" Becky went above and beyond to make sure the sellers knew how serious we were about our offer. There was an open house scheduled, she reached out to the sellers agent & they ended up canceling the open house!!! We would, and will, recommend Becky to anyone in the market to purchase a home. We were impressed with Becky's professionalism and her genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. Her personality is everything & best part is that we now have a new "mom" - a friendship that will continue to grow!

Buyer reviewMoving from out of state was stressful, but not as stressful as it could have been without Becky. She made us feel like we were her only clients. Her number one priority. We had a very strict time-line and she did everything she coukd to keep us on track. Through the back and forth of negotiations, she made us feel at ease. We had an enormous amount of confidence in her and her magic! We knew that if Becky said it was going to all work out, it most definitely would. Thank you Becky for everything! Buyer reviewWe had used Becky Melton when we needed to sell our house when we moved from DFW in 2015. She made everything so easy. Then, fast forward to current, we moved to Waco. When we were ready to purchase our home, we considered other local realtors, but wanted someone we trusted. I contacted her to see if she would assist us in finding our home in Waco. She did not hestitate to help us in finding our home in the Waco area. She was amazing and helped us in every way she could!! Becky Melton is our favorite realtor!!

We moved across the country and although we needed to find a new house quickly, Becky was patient with us, flexible, accomodating, all with a "get it done" attitude. Buying a house is overwhelming and sometimes what we don't say speaks the loudest. Becky can pick up on so many subtle cues and adjust the house search without us even having to ask. She was in the trenches with us when we wanted to see the houses that were the lowest on our list and the highest on our list. If you want someone who has your back, your best interest in mind, and will provide such comfort, Becky is the one. We found our dream home and we couldn't have done it without her. We love you Becks!

She fully understood what my needs were and went over and beyond to find properties within my desired price range and location.
