From day 1, Becky was extremely responsive and had great suggestions and knowledge for homes in the surrounding area to view based on what we were looking for. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" Becky went above and beyond to make sure the sellers knew how serious we were about our offer. There was an open house scheduled, she reached out to the sellers agent & they ended up canceling the open house!!! We would, and will, recommend Becky to anyone in the market to purchase a home. When we were ready to purchase our home, we considered other local realtors, but wanted someone we trusted. I contacted her to see if she would assist us in finding our home in Waco.
