Rebecca Truslow Vittitow, the Dulles Area Association of Realtors (DAAR) 2015 Realtor of the Year, is a native Northern Virginian who has been serving the Real Estate industry and her community for 13 Years. She began her career working for the two largest new home builders in the area and joined Century 21 Redwood Realty in 2008. Rebecca is fully committed to client satisfaction as proven by her being a Century 21 Redwood Top Client Satisfaction Award Winner. She also is a member of the DAAR Board of Directors as well as DAAR's Events Committee Chairperson. In addition to being consistently recognized as a Top Producer by both DAAR and Century 21, Rebecca has been singled out for her dedicated service to the citizens of the community by being a consistent recipient of the Century 21 Redwood Community Service Award. As founder of Century 21 Redwood Gives Back, she and her fellow Redwood agents give of their time and energy to many charitable activities among which include establishing the largest Marine Corps Toys for Tots donation point in Loudoun County and creating and delivering more than 130 Easter baskets to the Loudoun Abused Women's Shelter each year.

Seller reviewOur experience with Rebecca was extremely positive. She communicated so professionally and frequently throughout the entire process. She walked us through every step, communicating constantly. She was extremely helpful in assisting us get our house ready for market, walking through, making suggestions of how to prepare, There was an open house the day after going on the market, and the house sold in 2 days at full asking price. The closing went extremely smoothly and we couldn't have been happier with the process. After meeting Rebecca and going through the sales process with her, there is nobody I could imagine doing a better job for us. She was warm, friendly, confident, supportive, as professional as could be, and she treated us like good friends from the start. I have never met a realtor who was as professional and supportive as she was.

Seller reviewI had the pleasure to work with Rebecca Vittitow as both a first-time homebuyer 8 years ago and now as a first-time seller. After she provided such a positive and smooth process for buying my first place, I knew that Rebecca was my first phone call when I was ready to sell! She worked tirelessly on my behalf to conduct pre-marketing so that we already had showings lined up as soon as my property came on the market. During part of the process as we were accepting and weighing offers, Rebecca was out of town but still conducted business (with the help of her awesome team!) and made my sale one of her top priorities, further evidence of how she goes above and beyond for her clients! Throughout the process, Rebecca was incredibly knowledgable, motivated, professional, and a comforting presence to have in my corner. She answered all my questions, helped me weigh my options, and ultimately helped make my goal of selling my condo a reality! She also provided recommendations for other parts of the selling process, including movers and contractors to do repairs. From start to finish, I knew that I could count on Rebecca's experience to make this whole process as seamless as possible. She cares about her clients and that shows through in all she does!
