Buyer reviewShe was always available when we had a question or needed help. If she didn't have an immediate answer she was back very quickly with the answer. Her ability to communicate between us and the seller were always spot on. Ours was a small purchase and her commissions low yet she treated us as if we were million dollar clients. Thank you Becky

Seller reviewRebecca Watwood took the time to really help us prepare the house for sale, which was important as we are out of town and not familiar with local contractors. She was great at suggesting what would be important for buyers (the view!) and where we should focus our prep work and dollars. Although the house took longer to prepare for sale than we expected because of the upgrades, once it did get listed it sold quickly, due in part to Becky's recommedations on how we could best negotiate with the buyer. All in all a great experience with someone who really knows the local market and who proved very responsive, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Seller reviewSelling a home 7 hours away from where I live is very difficult not just because of the distance involved but also because of the access to local service providers, etc., to deal with the issues that pop up. Becky earned my respect through hard work and an ethitical, professional approach to all of our tranactions.

Buyer reviewBecky took the time over the holidays while out of town with her family to come back into town and show us the home. Every sep of the transaction she handled with knowledge and efficiency and guided us with solid reasoning during negotiations. She was also generous in sharing referrals since we are new to the area and knowledgeable of so many things outside of the purchase which haas been really valuable since the trip we purchased the home was our first time in the areas.

Becky really went above & beyond in all aspects of our buying experience. She spent time at the house, was available for our questions, gave solid advice, and worked with us through the process even though we were remote. Her utmost professionalism is outstanding. I have worked with many other agents and Becky is heads and shoulders above the rest. I highly recommend Becky & would gladly work with her again. House closed late January, 21. Multiple offers & we are beyond pleased with our purchase.

Buyer reviewBecky was easy to work with even for us first time home buyers. We had no knowledge but she was very straightforward and made the experience simple for us. She also went out of her way to coordinate things with carpet cleaners etc. because we were not in town during the purchase. Highly recommended.
