Anybody looking for a realtor in NNJ, you hit the jackpot when Regina "Gina" Petry represents you. She is an honest, dedicated, passionate, incredibly knowledgeable, calming, meticulous and well organized professional. Even more important, she is kind and caring. She listens. She has such a calming demeanor and guides you through what can be a stressful time. She is there for you and treats you with the highest level of respect. This time I was on the other side as the seller and had several questions. As busy as she is, she always took the time to respond to my calls and emails. She educated me. She explained the whole selling process, the sellers disclosure form and answered all of my questions. Right there, I knew what the process was going to be like and the expectations. I knew it would be stressful but had her representing me so I knew I was in excellent hands. From listing to closing, it was all smooth sailing.
