Regina Petry came highly recommended by one of my closest friends, and she did not disappoint. She was knowledgeable, patient, she really listened to what we were looking for and showed us properties that met our criteria, she acted quickly on our behalf and kept us in the loop at all times. The day we found our dream house was a long day where we saw about 12 properties. We never felt rushed, and she was all smiles all day. I cannot say enough good things about her. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone I know looking to sell or buy a house. You will not be disappointed.

I was shopping for an agent and Regina was recommended to me by a friend who used her in the purchase of her home. From day one she was someone that I had trust and confidence in. She understood my specific needs and went above and beyond in order to help me find my home. While working with her for several months Regina's personality and knowledge made the purchase of a short sale much less difficult than I understand it could have been. Gina was exceptional from start to finish. She helped us to coordinate the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home, which is no easy feat. She knew how important it was to line up both closings on one day, and she made it happen. She spend numerous hours with us searching for a new home, and always made the normally stressful process fun. She was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and also about certain things to look for in a home. We never felt like she was rushing us or pressuring us into selecting a home, she honestly has her clients best interests at heart. Gina is a top notch realtor, and I wouldnt hesitate to use her again.

From start to finish there was no one my husband and myself would have preferred other than Regina. She searched high and low for homes that matched our list of non-negotiable list, as well as opened our eyes to ideas and places we would have never thought of. Regina continued to work on finding us the perfect home and she did not stop until she and we were beyond satisfied! She was available to us whenever we needed her for anything - questions, concerns, information, etc. She truly made one of the most stressful steps of life (buying a home) fun and enjoyable! When there were some bumps in the road Gina was always there to calm our nerves, provide unlimited support, and handled the situations with professionalism. She kept me calm when I was beginning to panic and walked us through the entire process. She helped us find our first home and it is perfect. We can never thank her enough!
