Committed to RESULTS!!
I grew up in Mississippi but have been a Florida resident since 1997. I am a licensed real estate Broker Associate and have had my real estate license since 2005. Florida's sunny days and warm weather are some of the things that attracted me here as well as being just 1 1/2 hours from either coast. One of the beauties of living here is that our sunrises and sunsets are different everyday-truly beautiful! My husband and I along with my two teenagers enjoy the convenience of everything here. You can enjoy the weather almost year round.
I enjoy getting to meet people and in 2018 I was blessed to be able to help sell 80 homes, and in 2019 I was blessed to help sell 90 homes, in 2020 I was blessed to sell 105 homes, in 2021 I was blessed to sell 119 homes, in 2022 I was blessed to sell 93 homes. I attend education classes yearly and continually keep updated with ways to better serve my customers. I am "Committed to Results" is my mission statement! A few of the designations I currently hold are: Certified International Property Specialist, Second Home Property Specialist. I am also a Dave Ramsey ELP (Endorsed Local Provider).
I am committed to bringing you outstanding service by: being knowledgeable of the purchase/listing process, being responsive, communicating with you through the entire real estate transaction, negotiating on your behalf, and having knowledge of both the real estate market as well as the local area. Buyer review3-1/2 years ago we found Regina when shopping for our first home in The Villages. She was very attentive to our list of "must haves" (and there were alot of them). Our days of home searching were very productive and on target for what we wanted. She helped us avoid pitfalls and suggested areas that were more desirable. It was a quick, informative process that yielded finding the perfect first home. 14 months ago we moved here full time and found our Courtyard Villa to be a little small. We recently contacted Regina again with our list of "must haves" and she went to work. Shortly after finding a house that checked off everything on our list, we had a quick closing and we are extremely happy in our new home located in Gilchrist. Expertly represented us through the sale process and held the buyers to the agreements of the sale. Without Regina we would have had a lot more work.
