Seller reviewOur mother passed away so my brother and I needed to sell her house. We contacted 3 different agents and met with each one. Had we chosen one of the other agents we would have left between $15k and $25k on the table. Regina knew the market and knew the best way to market the house. We had 3 different offers on the house in less than a week. Ended up selling the house for more than the listing price and closed in less than 2 months. Regina was sensitive the reason my brother and I needed to sell the house. She was very professional as well as being very personable. Since we both live several states away Regina went above and beyond to ensure that the everything that needed to be completed prior to the sale was accomplished in a timely manner. She kept me updated with the progress and was very timely with submitting paperwork and contracts to me. Great agent. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Buyer reviewWe looked for a house for my daughter (age 25) for a very long time and became frustrated. Numerous other brokers pushed us toward higher cost properties that would push our budget. We were very close to doing a manufactured home and then got frustrated with brokers not willing to show us land. Regina found a property that met our need and we secured a bid and acceptance that day. She also directed us to Ben at First Cumberland to work with financing. We are extremely happy with the results. Regina was diligent on our numerous text/e-mail questions/requests. She treated us with great respect and like "family" Regina was our MVP in this process! ANY question that my daughter, wife, or myself asked (and there were many) she addressed with an answer or avenue to get results. This is a stressful process but Regina took all that away with her professionalism. If we ever move from Maryville to Crossville, Regina will be my first and only call!

Buyer reviewRegina was so easy and made a complicated bank owned home purchase go smooth as oiled butter..when we hit what seemed like dead ends she always had a way out and was always there for me and extremely patient and never laughed at any of my silly questions or concerns..I can honestly say I got more than a great real estate agent.. The property was sold much sooner than I anticipated. Since I live out of the state of Tennessee it was comforting to know she was accessible.
