Born and raised in the Nature Coast of Florida, Rena brings with her experience in both the mortgage side as well as the buying /selling side of Real Estate for the past thirty years. As a mortgage lender, she has helped hundreds of homebuyers in Citrus/Hernando/Marion Counties and has used those same skills to assist homebuyers and sellers as a trusted Realtor. Rena and her husband, Charles, have four children together , with three of them attending college and the youngest in middle school. We are very active in our community, with both Little League as well as soccer, having coached, umpired, and put together several fundraisers. We enjoy taking full advantage of the beautiful waters throughout our community, whether taking the boat out in the Gulf, the many lakes, as well as the beautiful rivers that the Nature Coast possesses.

Seller reviewRena Cooper has recently sold two vacant properties for me and I am thrilled with the results. A lot of agents do not take vacant land seriously but Rena pur her drive and dedication behind these listings and in no time they were listed, shown, and sold. Rena stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole process and went above and beyond all my expectations. If you have a home, land or business you want sold and not just listed then I highly recommend thta you give her a call.

Seller reviewRena Cooper is excellent at her job and guides the seller through the entire process. She is also always available to answer questions and responds to calls/texts within a hour or two, day or night. I live 5 hours away from the property we were selling and Rena was always willing to find us people to do needed repairs as well as let them in as needed. I can not give Rena enough praise for her help in relieving my anxiety. Rena was incredible. Selling a house is not easy and with this sale we had issues with the buyers bank. Rena continually assured me that everything would be ok and then she would resolve the issue. I would use Century 21 again, as long as Rena was there. Sorry but if she leaves I would tell people to follow her ( so don't let her leave). Rena is top notch at her job and puts the sellers mind at rest. I trusted and valued her opinion. Rena is a true asset to Century 21 JW Morton
