Seller reviewI had contacted a couple other Real Estate Agents to help me sell my house. Renae came promptly over to evaluate and talk to with me about my motivation and goals in selling. We talked in depth, she came prepared with comps in the area and was very knowledgeable with the process. After evaluating my home, she established a plan to help me sell my house for top dollar. The process from meeting her the first time to making a few updates, to the signed buyer contract was less than 3 weeks. Renae suggested the updates to the house, provided references for people to do the work, and scheduled everything. It was a lot of work, and Renae's compassion, dedication to her clients, and knowledge in the industry served me well. I received multiple offers, and had a bidding war resulting in the sale of my house well over asking price. I recommend Renae to everyone looking to sell their house. If you listen to her advice, she will not steer you wrong. She has connections throughout the community and knows who to contact for everything she needs.
