We had the opportunity to work with Renee, but she made it feel like she had the opportunity to work for us. Renee went above and beyond to make sure I understood what i was doing through the entire process. She made herself available for texting, and phone calls, even several revisits for reconsideration. Renee took the time before hand to compare properties in the area so she would be ready for questions like valuation, and $/sq-ft, etc. Renee also brought good ideas to the table for ideas around decor and paint and potential remodel ideas to help personalize each home we walked through. I could Renee was invested to help us find the perfect place no-matter how long the search was. I remember one night we just had finished looking through a fix'er upper, and Renee asked simply via email after, "would you mind if i did some looking around to try to find something that may work" I simply replied i wouldn't mind, id be happy to consider some of the houses you think would work. Last Thursday we closed on a house she found, and when we walked in at the first showing she said "this house is really nice". Well she was right, she knew exactly what we wanted and we put in an offer. Renee found out their was an offer pending sale already, Renee was knowledgeable around this situation as well, and walked us through the process of submitting an offer anyway. There are sooo many other things i could say about how impressed I was. Short version. We were blessed to work with Renee.
