Seller reviewRenee Kessel is very much a hands-on, above-and-beyond Realtor. * In 90 -degree weather, she went to our old house to photograph the gas meter number. * She pulled all the picture-hanging nails out of the walls of our old house. * She was always willing to bring documents to us sign and explain them before we signed them. * She was always available by phone, e-mail, or text, and would check in with us periodically. * She was patient and encouraging, and most of all understanding of what we needed in a new home. Buyer reviewRenee understood the kind of house we wanted, and was most helpful in showing us good candidates and helping us negotiate a good price. She went "above and beyond" when she went out on a blazing hot day to take a picture of the gas meter so we could give the meter number to the utility to put the account in our name. She was available whenever we had questions, and attended the closing to make sure everything was in order. We will call upon her soon to put our current house on the market.
