My name is Renee Schoenherr. I have 30 years experience as a top producing Realtor serving the Northwest and Western suburbs of Chicago. In addition to being a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I also have received many awards for Quality Service to my clients. I have also been featured in the 2021 issue of Chicago's Top Agent Magazine. Always keeping my clients' best interest at the core of what I do, I guide both buyers and sellers through the entire Real Estate process from start to finish. Buyer reviewBuying a home is stressful let alone in this mark top it off with a deadline needed to move by but Renee walked with me the whole way. Calmly and patiently she answered questions and offered advice when needed. She introduced me to my mortgage broker Claudio who was also remarkably helpful. The two of them worked great as a team for me. Renee is a nice person to be around and trustworthy. I never doubted that she had my best interests at heart.

Seller reviewRenee Schoenherr was the agent who helped me when I bought my house. At my recommendation, she sold houses for two relatives. It would only be a logical choice to have her sell my house. She is the best. If I was staying in the area, I would have her find a new house for me, but I'm going to Indiana. It was a stressful time for me, and Renee was there to help every step of the way. I am glad it's over with, but very happy with the results. Century 21 is fortunate to have someone of her caliber. I would recommend her in a second.
