I have lived on the water for most of my life, which gives me years of experience in dealing with water front properties. Buyer reviewOur search for a home was long. Started in early Summer of 2022, ended winter of the same year. 7 total offers, and I think about 30 houses shown. Started with a broker that was not fantastic (to be nice) and had to find a new one mid search. This all to say Rhonda was incredibly patient with us, being first time home buyers we had TONS of questions, and did a great job of listening to what we wanted in a home and the feedback we had from the showings. She did her best to make showings happen, and contacted us swiftly if there were conflicts with the seller to move the showing, though this was rare as she was good at being proactiveand checking the schedule befpre offering specific times. Thank you, Rhonda, for helping us find our home!
