He never gave up and stuck by us for over a year till we finally found our home. We will continue to keep contact he is an amazing person and can't wait to show him our new home redone.

Seller reviewRichard Maccani is in one word: AWESOME. My parents had used Rich for the sale of a previous home and purchase of their condominium. When the time came for them to move from the condominium, they moved out of state and insisted on having Rich handle the sale of the condominium. Rich went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of the sale. He guided us through the complicated mess of getting the property removed from the flood plain, and followed up on his own to make certain necessary repairs were completed by the condo association. He kept track of every detail and was always kind, polite and patient. He was diligent in providing updates and keeping in contact with me throughout the sales process and I can clearly see why my parents adore him. I highly recommend Rich for anybody looking to buy or sell their home.
