Rich provided good suggestions regarding updates that should be made prior to showing the house. He also took into consideration the amount that updates would cost and whether or not it would be a good return in the long run. Rich checked in with us periodically as updates were being made. He scheduled the photographer and quickly reviewed the photos and got them posted within a day. Rich was always responsive and truly cared about the outcome of the sale. Rich provided us with information along the way regarding the sale of the house. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we asked. Rich was always respectful of our time.

Rich Roberts is an excellent realtor. Had my home listed FSBO with no real interest after a month on the market. Contacted Rich and he came right out the next day, gave me his opinions on listing price and what needed to be done. I signed the papers the next day to start our contact and within a week had 3 showings and an accepted offer on the table. Rich Roberts is very professional with his job and easy to work with, would highly recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell. Will be in contact again when ready to buy.
