Seller reviewRichard Dumont is one of the most professional realtors I know. He was honest and up front with me about everything. Very professional. We sold a home in a mobile home park with a very difficult park manager. Rick was able to work with her and the buyers agent to facilitate the approval of the buyer which was not easy considering the park manager is the most difficult person I have never met. Richard Dumont was the realtor I went through to purchase a home as well. He drove all over the state of New Hampshire for months showing me home after home and never lost patience with me. Rick was always happy and very accomodating.

Seller reviewHad previously had Rick as my Realtor in 2006 and was very satisfied with his work. Everything Rick did as far as the selling of my property was exceptional, but I had problems with the Title Company involved with the Closing. Once again, excellent especially during this very difficult time with the COVID virus.
