The fact that I lived out of town Richard went out of his way to do a lot of things for me that I would have had to drive 4 Hours to do myself. Richard was always available to answer all my questions. If anyone wold like a reference all they have to do is call me. He's the best realtor I've ever had and I've sold a few houses. I would use Richard Kidwell and Century 21 again and refer to all of my friends and relatives in the area.
