A friend, years ago, bought a house from a century 21 agent and upon closing my friends went to their new house and found a beautiful welcome basket. I never forgot that. It's the little things that make all the difference. I sought out Century21 because of that. The sad truth is we had bought a house at the same time and I was excited and hopeful we'd have a welcome surprise too but as we had gone with another agency we got nothing. It was a let down. We loved working with Richard and especially loved being made to feel so special upon closing with gourmet cookie boxes. So sweet and yummy. Thankful we went with Century 21 and Richard. An overall excellent experience.

Richard was great, he took the time to show us around the area, going above and beyond just showing us houses. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely go to him again with any housing needs I might have.

Mr Mcallister was very quick to respond to my needs. I contacted him regarding a property and he was able to meet me within a couple hours to show me said property. I submitted an offer, Mr Mcallister had me closed within 10days all while being in another state. Be was extremely helpful and professional.
