Buyer reviewI had never been to PG previously and was very concerned to work with someone who had a clear understanding of the area. I also wanted to work with someone who had the ability to guide me to the right property but also someone who understood my needs/wants and would steer me away from properties that did not meet the parameters of my search. It is very hard to move to an unknown area and find someone who you trust, who is knowledgeable, who is honest and sets the clear expectations of how the process will work. If I were to ever sell my home, Rick Stewart will be my first phone call. I continue to recommend him and the exceptional experience he provided in purchasing my new home.

Seller reviewI met Rick at an open house in 2020 and although I was not interested in that unit, his overall knwledge of Burnt Store Marina (BSM) was exceptional , so I asked him to select some properties based on my interest. At the end of our first day I had found the property I wanted! Rick was able to secure that property for me. When it came time to sell that property, I contacted Rick immediately. He helped move that property and assisted in the purchase of a new property. Great Guy. Fabulous Realtor!

Buyer reviewI met Rick when I stopped at an open house in Burnt Store Mariana in 2020. I was'nt interested in that particular unit, but he was very knowledgeble about BSM . I asked him if we could see some other units the following week. He found a great unit for me and I loved it at first site. Rick and I stayed in touch while I modernized my unit. When it was time for me to sell Rick was first & only on my list. He knows his stuff, AND HE LISTENS TO HIS CLIENT. In my opinion that is the biggest assest anyone in sales needs to be successful. We found a great new home for me. All who have visited so far are wowed by the house. Although this is is my last home purchase, Rick will always be my realtor & good friend
