He was very good about making sure I understood everything about the kind of property I was buying and was always available to answer any questions I had. I am very grateful for all of his help and would refer him to anyone I know.

Overall Rick Lawless was great help in finding my new home! I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. He made me feel comfortable about my purchase and throughly explained every step of the process to me. This was my first home purchase and he made it extremely easy for me ! Rick is very respectful and timely. He gets back to you very fast and is super easy to communicate with. Rick was very knowledgable about every aspect of home buying. He was very upfront and would give me his professional opinion on everything I thought was of concern. He was available within minutes to text/speak with me, he also could set up a showing for me in such short notice and time. He is very kind and knows what he is doing !

Rick was awesome, he's a really great guy who went above and beyond with helping me find a home and the whole process from start to finish. He worked around my schedule and was available at the drop of a dime when a new house hit the market and I wanted to get a look at it before it was gone. I highly recommend Rick!

Rick was our go-to guy with everything. He was super accessible, eager to answer our questions, and we felt that he had our best interest in heart. He was a great negotiator and helped to secure a house that was initially above our budget. With his candor and experience, we were able to negotiate the price down to something much more reasonable. The only criticism we would have is with closing. We felt out of the loop during the closing process and the various obstacles we encountered. It would have been helpful to hear more from him during that time rather than us reaching out to him. Regardless of that small critique, we would still recommend Rick 100% to anybody looking to buy a house!
