She was very helpful at that time so I knew I wanted to work with her again. Rick and Shawna exceeded my expectations for helping me sell the house! They communicated about things I didn't even know I needed to know! I live 90 minutes from where I sold the home and Shawna and Rick worked with me via phone calls and online and were very efficient. Seller reviewRick was very knowledgeable about our local real estate market. He always answered our phone calls in a timely manor and answered all of our questions with respect and professionalism. We would reccomend him as an agent to anywon. Rick came over to our home on the afternoon of our call to him in the morning. He had a couple that he knew would be interested in our property and after we discussed the saleabilty of our home he called the couple to come and have a look (with our permission). Rick, my husbad. and I went over the house, and yard with the couple. The couple called back the next morning and told us they wanted to purchase our home. It was an all cash sale, no other advertisment was done to sell for our house. We were very happy with all arrangements.
