Selling a beloved home is nerve wracking. Rick was very knowledgeable about the area and worked hard to come up with the right price. He was available to explain when I got nervous. He went way above and beyond what I would expect him to do in helping me, including cleaning up after my cat when I was out of town!! He had solutions to any problem that came up. He is personable and reassuring, but explained things the way they really were. I enjoyed working with him and really appreciated his hard work.
