Rip really understands the market and would be a great asset to assist you with your realty needs. Rip helped me understand the market such that we were able to agree on the pricing and strategy. Rip would talk me through every offer so that I could understand what was best for my wife and I. Just to give an example of Rip's dedication; the tenant had neglected the yard so that when we met to put the for sale sign up, Rip actually stayed and mowed the lawn himself so that the house would show better. I do not think you will be disappointed in any way if you use Rip for your agent.

Buyer reviewWhen my family and I finally narrowed down the area we wanted to pursue, the market was particularly aggressive. After weeks of looking and sellers picking other offers, we started to consider settling in another area. We decided to give it one more shot with showings and Rip pulled up some addresses. At the end of the day, we saw some amazing homes, but nothing screamed "us". Rip suggested one more home that he had pulled up earlier that day. He explained that it was in the construction phase and to keep an open mind. As soon as we walked in, it was mutual with our family that we wanted the house. We made an offer that night, and it was accepted the next day. Rip's sales experience led us to our new home. If it wasn't for him broadening our horizons, we may not have considered it until it was too late.
