Although this was our first home buying experience, Rita still performed in such a way, that I would not have expected from a Realtor. You hear stories, and this was definitely not the case with her. She has a soft spot in her heart for young, first time homebuyers, and will take care of you if that is your situation. She handled a difficult seller with finesse, and ultimately made things work out for us (the buyers). I will recommend Rita to my friends, for sure!
