And she always kept us informed of all the next steps that were needed. It was a great experience. Rita Swope is an excellent realtor. This was our 14th property purchased and she is the best agent that we have ever worked with. It was our second property with Rita and she exceeded our expectations.

Seller reviewI would recommend Rita to friends, family and strangers! She is very hands on, very knowledgeable about the area and everything real estate! She is able to recommend additional vendors (roofers, inspectors, pest control, etc.). One of the reasons my home sold so quickly was that she spent the time hosting Open House events every opportunity she could. She is a very dedicated realtor!

Through various social groups that Rita and I belong to (one of which she started) I gained a personal knowledge of her dedication to her work and caring yet knowledgeable approach to her work as a realtor. I could not think of anyone better to serve my needs. Rita always represented my wishes and needs to the seller. She represented me very capably and with a positive approach. Rita was very hands on. No matter the time of day or night, she communicated information to and from me. She always represented my interests in a positive way. I did not have to deal with anyone else. Rita took care of all my needs. Rita was truly dedicated to helping me find and purchase at a fair price a home I could be happy with.

Seller reviewIt is a rare occasion that I get to recommend anyone in ANY field a highly as I do Rita Swope. During the recent sale of my house, she exceeded every single requirement that I had, plus ones I didn't know I had. In what could have been a difficult sale, she took measures to improve curb appeal, got the right buyers to make an offer (for far more that I would have imagined, and even helped load my truck as I was moving. From my perspective, this was the most painless and satisfactory move I've ever made - because of Rita's efforts. While I know the result of my home sale is probably not the norm in time to sell - she had a legitimate offer in about a day, and closing within about 2 weeks, once the price was agreed upon. Without delving into the whole situation, the rapidity of the sale and the selling price saved me from some serious legal issues. To anyone buying or selling a home in her area, talk to Rita first - I believe anyone who does will have the same level of satisfaction that I have. Thank you Rita!
