Seller reviewI have worked with River and his team for years on multiple properties and I will not use anyone else. He is dialed into this area and knows how to get things done efficiently and without fail. I view River as a true partner in my real estate renovation business and would not consider using anyone else to either purchase or sell my properties. He has helped my negotiate the lowest reasonable acquisition prices as well as did everything to ensure my sale prices were the highest I could get for my properties. At first I was against the idea of staging a house for sale, but he convinced me of the benefits and I can say without a doubt that his advise helped me sell my latest property faster and well above asking price.
