We learned about Rob Brown from the Nextdoor website....we interviewed several other realtors; we chose Rob because he seemed best for our needs. Rob was fantastic, exceeded our expectations for this sale. Immediately upon signing with Rob, he made a video with drone footage of our home. He also soon thereafter hired a professional photographer/videographer with drones. These two videos were on line almost immediately, I think it was within two weeks of Rob taking this account! We were kept informed on a daily basis of the progress of the selling experience....he said in the beginning he would keep us informed daily and he did. One day he called just to check in and let us know that there was no particular update that day! Rob listened to us and our needs, he was always available and answered our calls either immediately or got back to us rapidly. We have NO reservations in highly recommending Rob Brown as a realtor!

What a wonderful home buying experience! We strongly recommend Rob Brown for your real estate needs in Yosemite Lakes Park and any other location. As a resident of YLP, Rob is familiar with the benefits of living in this beautiful area and that knowledge helped us make the decision to buy here. We experienced some issues with our lenders and insurance company (poor and miscommunication on their parts) and Rob was our champion. His communication was excellent between us, the insurance company, the lender, and the title company. Rob was professional, patient, caring, communicative, and fun to work with. We experienced some issues with our lender and insurance company (lack of professionalism on their parts) and without Rob's great communication and tenacity, our deal may not have closed.
