Buyer reviewI have worked in the field of Real Estate in Central Iowa for 23 years. In that time, I have worked alongside hundreds of agents. Out of all the agents I have worked with over the years, the choice of who to hire for the purchase of my mother's home was easy. Rob Wheeler is by far my first choice. In my opinion, Rob Wheeler is the best agent in Central Iowa. He TRULY works for you. I would place my mother's welfare and money in no other's hands. Rob is an expert in what he does. With a background as an accountant, he makes the numbers work for you. He found us the perfect fit for my mother and we are thrilled. Rob was in constant communication about available listing that fit what my mother needed. Rob got us into see her property the very day it went for sale. He advised us on how to negotiate the offer according to current market conditions and got us a great buy on the perfect property in a perfect location. I would recomend Rob to anyone interested in great representation.
