Seller reviewRob represented us extremely well in all the negotiations that we had with multiple interested parties. I am very pleased to have had Rob working for us this whole time. I cannot think of any one realtor with whom we have worked who has done as much as he did. He protected our interests in all of the negotiations and all of the communications with other parties. He went out of his way to check on the property since we were out of town the entire time selling the property. He was able to give us good estimates on what needed to be done, what did not need to be done and what should not be done in preparing the house. Through the years we have worked with many realtors. There have been three that have been top-notch and I would put Rob at the top of those three. As I said earlier, his performance was excellent.
