Rob went out of his way to ensure that we knew the area, that we understood the tax issues for the house we eventually purchased. He always made us feel like we were his only clients, even though we knew he had other people to help as well. He was helpful with his knowledge of the area and was very honest with what he thought about the property we were looking at. We looked at MANY locations before finally selecting our new home. One of the best moments that made us glad we chose Rob to help us actually occurred on the day before our closing. We did our final walk through and noticed some damage that wasn't there before. Rob immediately went to work and worked late into the night with the seller's realtor and our attorney to make things right for us.
