Buyer reviewWe recently purchased a house in Cranford, NJ. For the sales transaction, Bob served as both the seller's agent and the buyer's agent. Bob made what could be a difficult "balancing act" of serving the needs of both parties seem easy. He was always professional, courteous, and informative. There were several times when he went above and beyond his duties, which is a clear indicator of his character. He objectively served and protected our interests in the deal as well as the seller's. Without hesitation, we would recommend Bob as your real estate agent whether you are looking to buy a home, sell a home, or do both.

Seller reviewBob was a wonderful sales agent. He was extremely considerate and helpful throughout the process of selling the house. He always answered calls, or emails immediately when we had questions. I would highly recommend him to anybody selling a house. Our mother had died in January and had lived in the house for a long time so there was alot of sadness in selling the house. Bob was extremely kind and compassionate during this time.
